CSE: MidEast Cross Country Challenge 21 November

MidEast Cross Country Challenge Saturday, Nov 21, 10:15–noon
Indian Riffle Park, Kettering
Race 1 start 11:00
Race 2 start 11:30

These are the Elite high school senior cross country runners from several states. They are fast, making it difficult to report runner times, but we try!

We need at least two (better: 3 or 4) sharp-eyed spotters at miles 1 and 2.The start can be covered by one of the ops at mile 2 and the finish by the mile 1 ops. The op that provides the information to the announcer could act as net control. (Minimum of 5 volunteers needed, preferably more will volunteer). It would be useful to cover some of the remote areas of the course in case a runner has an issue.

The date coincides with the State ARES Conference. I will be a presenter at the conference, so I will not be able to participate in this event. I am looking for a volunteer to act as race-day coordinator.
